To purchase from this site, you must first Register. For reasons of security, you must not disclose your Log In details to any third party, treating this information as confidential. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
We will not be held liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our sites. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our sites through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
To place an order, once you have registered, choose the required item and quantity and then hit the 'add to basket' button. The shipping cost will be shown, except for Overseas orders, which are despatched at as close to cost price as is possible.
Once your order is confirmed, the prices are set to what you will pay in £ Pounds Sterling.

All items are priced individually, unless otherwise stated.

NOS - Is the accepted term to define new old stock parts, as period unused parts, with or without original packaging and/or part numbers present, as opposed to recently re-made parts by manufacturers of pattern parts.We try to ensure the descriptions on this web site are correct and comply with the Trade Descriptions Act. However, should you believe there is any misrepresentation, then please advise us so that the matter can be considered and if necessary amended on the web site.
These NOS parts are genuine parts from BL / Austin Morris / Austin Rover / Rover Group, Unipart or from the original suppliers to the manufacturer or are period aftermarket parts, these will all have been in long term storage and will have already been checked to ensure they are still in good condition for re-sale.
Original manufacturer Codes: BL = British Leyland, Austin Morris, Austin Rover, QH = Quinton Hazel, AG = Autogem etc.
U at the end of a part number signifies a used / pre-owned part.
O/D = Outside Diameter
I/D = Inside Diameter
S/S = Supercedes or Supersession - This part number replaces the previous one
S/B = Superceded by -- This is the latest part number for the part
Part numbers which include MSC in the part number are Marina Spares Centre items
A part number with a description after it, describes an individual part from a kit or assembly
A part number with PK at the end means it is 1 part of the kit of that part number.
Original parts which can no longer be sourced from the manufacturer are sourced from suppliers of the best quality reproduction parts available.
Exchange Parts
Exchange parts are a requirement to fulfill the perpetual availability supply chain by reconditioning / re-manufacture of old returned parts.
An X at the end of a part number signifies it as an exchange part and your old part is requested for return to MSC.
Parts in the Exchange system will be specified as new, new old stock or reconditioned.
Exchange parts carry the cost of a Surcharge, which is applied at purchase to be refunded once the old used part is returned and it meets the criteria below
The costs involved in returning the old used part to MSC are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the exchange part has been returned, then the surcharge will be refunded, as long as the following criteria has been met:-
1/ Compatibility, the part returned must be compatible with that of the purchased part. Not a similar part or otherwise.
2/ Integrity, the returned part must be in serviceable condition i.e. No excessive wear, No major damage, No broken:- housings/mountings/lugs/broken off stud/bleed nipples etc.
3/ Completeness, all parts required for return must be present.
4/ MSC have absolute discretion to reject any returned part that does not fully meet the criteria.
5/ The surcharge refund will be made within 14 days if the criteria has been met.
6/ If the exchange part is not returned, then no refund will be provided.
7/ The terms for the part exchange service or for an individual part can be terminated at any time at our discretion.
Ordering in the UK & Overseas Countries
Most small items will be sent in the UK by Royal Mail 48 Tracked / 24 Tracked or via courier, dependant upon the size and weight of the package. After your order is placed and accepted the contract is governed by English Law.
Custom Duties and Import VAT
Any International packages which may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges will typically be due once the dispatched goods arrive at the country of destination.
As the purchaser, you are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. We do not accept responsibility for any additional charges that may apply.
Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays to the order.
Payment
Ordering from our web site
Our web site is set up to enable you to pay securely and safely by: Klarno, Credit Card or PayPal. When you confirm your order, your card will be debited straight away. We only list parts available for delivery from stock and do not take payment for any parts on back order, unless specifically agreed upon with the purchaser.
Telephone orders
Sorry, but we are currently unable to accept card payments for Telephone orders.
Telephone orders can however be accepted if you agree to pay by Direct Bank transfer (Please ensure you cover all bank charges). The order will be confirmed and actioned once payment has been received into the account.
Delivery
We currently endeavour to pick and despatch your order as quickly as possible, within at least 24-48 hours, dependant upon the time of day the order is placed.
Delivery charges are based on the value and weight of your order and your location.
We responsibly utilise recycled packaging and packing materials as often as is possible.
We will not be liable for loss or damage through any delay in delivery.
Cancellations
This applies to goods ordered by a customer that have not been used.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order, apart from non-stock items ordered specially for you, personalised for you, made to measure for you or containers of liquids. Under these Regulations you may cancel your order up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must advise us of the cancellation by email, providing your name and address, account number and order reference number. A full refund will be provided within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. The goods must have been returned to us within 14 days of receipt, the shipping packaging may be opened but the goods should not be opened or used and must be in resalable condition.
Returns / Exchange Policy
Firstly applying to goods that have been used, all our products carry a full 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase.
If any of our products develop a fault as a consequence of faulty manufacture / workmanship or faulty materials within twelve months from the date of purchase, they may be returned to us with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the problem. On receipt of the returned goods, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the item/s and return it/them to you. We will not refund your cost of returning the goods to us.
In the event of any goods received in damaged condition, these must be reported to us within 14 working days of you receiving the goods.
You will be required to provide photographic images of the outer packaging in order to assist in a claim from the courier. All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice.
We will not refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are incorrect or faulty or as otherwise specified by the Distance Selling Regulations.
NB, We do not refund postage costs for items returned for refund unless they are faulty or we agree that they are damaged.

Liability
Save for liability which would be unlawful to exclude, our obligation to refund the purchase price or replace the product shall constitute the full extent of our liability in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer whether caused by a breach of contract or by misrepresentation.

Anyone wishing to use an image from this website must apply to us in writing via email in the first instance.
Privacy
This site does not use cookies to track you, however we are still required to observe General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules.
